What can I expect from the exhibition?

It is a unique exhibition about the most significant symbol of division in history. You will find more than 300 original objects exhibited for the first time, with unpublished testimonies of individuals from both sides. An opportunity to learn more about this event that forever shaped history.

The exhibition is located at Sala Castellana 214 - Fundación Canal (Madrid).

How long does the experience last?

We recommend planning 120 to 150 minutes for your exhibition visit.

Does the ticket include an audio guide?

Yes.

Can I take photos or videos of the experience?

Yes, but flash photography and the use of tripods are not allowed.

Are there any discounts available?

From Tuesday to Sunday, discounted admission is available for children under 14 years of age, youth card holders, retirees, unemployed, large families and people with disabilities (with a degree equal to or greater than 33%, as long as they present the certificate of disability or the card certifying the degree of disability).

Do children have to pay an entrance fee?

Children under the age of 7 can enter for free; they only need to pay for admission if they want to use the audio guide.

No refunds or reimbursement of tickets are allowed.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don’t need to print anything, you can show your ticket from your cell phone.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever application. Contact us for further assistance. Be sure to include your ticket ID in your request.

I can't find my ticket, what can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, in the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used when buying tickets. If you still need help finding your ticket, please contact us for further assistance. Be sure to include your ticket ID in your request.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Masks are not mandatory, but they can be worn freely by those who wish to do so.

Do I have to arrive at the start time indicated on my ticket?

We recommended arriving 15 minutes before.

What happens if I arrive late?

In this case, we will try to accommodate you for the next session, subject to seating availability. There are sessions every 30 minutes.

Is there an age requirement?

The exhibition is for all audiences. Minors must remain under adult supervision at all times.
