What can I expect from the exhibition?

We recommend planning 120 to 150 minutes for your exhibition visit.

Does the ticket include an audio guide?

Yes.

Can I take photos or videos of the experience?

Yes, but flash photography and the use of tripods are not allowed.

Are there any discounts available?

Reduced rate with a 25% discount for people under 14 years of age, Carnet Joven holders, seniors, unemployed people, large families and people with disabilities (with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%, provided they present the Certificate of Disability or the Disability Card).

Do children have to pay an entrance fee?

Children under the age of 7 can enter for free; they only need to pay for admission if they want to use the audio guide.

No refunds or reimbursement of tickets are allowed.

You don’t need to print anything, you can show your ticket from your cell phone.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever application. Contact us for further assistance. Be sure to include your ticket ID in your request.

I can't find my ticket, what can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, in the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used when buying tickets. If you still need help finding your ticket, please contact us for further assistance. Be sure to include your ticket ID in your request.

Masks are not mandatory, but they can be worn freely by those who wish to do so.

Do I have to arrive at the start time indicated on my ticket?

We recommended arriving 15 minutes before.

What happens if I arrive late?

In this case, we will try to accommodate you for the next session, subject to seating availability. There are sessions every 30 minutes.

The exhibition is for all audiences. Minors must remain under adult supervision at all times.
