Instructions

The purchase of tickets will always be done through a registered user. Your registration will also allow you to access the client private area, identifying yourself with your user name and password. From this area you can:

  • Consult the status of your purchases.
  • Modify your reservations as long as the payment for them has not yet been made.
  • Pay for your reservations.
  • Reprinting of the issue notes. Payment of the reservation must be made 7 days before the visit, otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Tickets may be purchased between 7 days and 24 hours before the visit, but in this case, no reservation can be made and the tickets must be paid for directly.

The minimum number of persons for a group is 10.

Only 8 reservations per use and day can be made.

On the day of the visit you must accredit the reservation.

Those who made the payment for the total amount of the purchase will be sent an issue note attached as a PDF file to the e-mail address provided. Those that only made the reservation will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Educational Program

The support of the German Embassy, History Channel, and the Axel Springer Foundation has enabled 5,500 students to visit the exhibition for free.

Absolutely! The visit is designed to be accompanied by individual audio guides, providing essential insights that will guide your students through the tour. This will help them understand and engage with the material in a specific and didactic manner.
What's the recommended age for this exhibition?
Our exhibition is designed to be accessible to all visitors, regardless of their prior knowledge of the subject. However, it's especially ideal for students in the 3rd and 4th years of high school and those in upper secondary education (Bachillerato).
What is the minimum number of students for a group reservation?
You will need at least 10 students (excluding teachers) to make a group reservation.
How can I make the payment for the visit?
When you make your reservation, you can choose to make an advance payment via credit card or bank transfer.
What days are available for school visits?
School visits can be scheduled from Monday to Friday between 10 am and 4 pm.
